VICE & UEL have joined forces to host the annual UEL Championship Finals. This year’s coverage of the UEL Finals is set to be unique experience in collaboration with local talents we have created an event not to be missed!
All-local artists, designers, DJs and bands will collaborate to transform empty spaces into interactive, multi-sensory rooms. Our day-to-night event means spectators will turn into party-goers.
Alongside the coverage of the finals that will be held from 12pm until 7pm, attendees will have a chance to see the transformation of installations and live art throughout the venue in preparation for the night’s celebrations from 7pm until late where attendees will be able to roam the rooms featuring different musical talents, installations and artworks. With some of Sydney’s best food trucks, there will be no shortage of delicious food and drinks to keep you going.
Event Plan Strategy:
Putting together this event plan, we based it off of the eSports finals we covered in our video and how we would expand our audience, reach and creativity using e-sports and e-gaming as a spectator sport and integrating it with several other creatives in Sydney. How? Have a party of course! So above we have featured a poster and a little introduction for the event.
